About The PayBack Foundation

The Payback Foundation is a registered Non- Profit Organisation with the South African Department of Social Development and as such has to fulfil strict financial reporting criteria, including an annual audit of our financial statements. We are additionaly obliged to submit details of our management committee meetings, chairmans report and associated documents to the Department in order to maintain registration of the Payback Foundation on an annual basis.

Our registration number is 034- 375- NPO

Board
The board of the Payback Foundation is:

Peter Skaarup, the founder, is director of the foundation. He is a traveller & Danish national.

Louis de Villiers is the treasurer of the foundation.
Louis is an attorney at law
South African.

Glenn Ashton is the secretary of the foundation.
Glenn is an author, researcher, editor and social and environmental activist.
